NORTHEAST BASS ASSOCIATION OF NH DUES FOR 2019
Membership Dues for 2019 are $35 for single membership. Membership is not required to fish any NEBA of NH Opens, but is required to fish the NEBA Trail.
Please Note: Our goal is to add new teams this year. If you bring in a new team, NEBA will reduce your membership dues by $10/team. You can bring in up to 3 teams. Please share this membership form with new team members to complete and mail back.

NEBA BASS NATION CLUB MEMBERSHIP (Optional)
Association members may also join this club if you wish to become part of BASS NATION STATE and NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. Membership will allow you participate in the STQT to be held on Lake Winnipesaukee (West Alton Marina) on September 21st and 22nd. You must be a member of BASS, NH BASS Nation, and National BASS Nation in order to participate and potentially move on to the Bassmasters Classic. You are responsible for maintaining your BASS membership. If you wish to join; submit this form with your BASS Membership #__________________.
Send a check for $60.00 made out to NEBA of NH for state and national BASS Nation dues. We will forward membership fees ($30.00 ea.) to State and National Bass Nation. Boater/Non-Boater can be requested, but we cannot guarantee status if we do not submit an even number of boaters/non-boaters.

NEBA OF NH 2019 TRAIL TOURNAMENT APPLICATION
1. Both team members must be current members NEBA of NH
2. A copy of your current liability insurance policy (both if you share boats) for minimum of $300,000 liability must accompany application.
3. Non-refundable entry fees or deposit equal to two event fees to be submitted with application (by March 30th please). We request you indicate which tournaments you intend to enter and pay balance prior to first tournament. Tournament fee is $125.00 per tournament.
Top half of field (4 out of 5 events) will qualify for 2 day TOC plus a “Wild Card Qualifier” based upon best 3 event points. See rules for details.

There will be 2 Team Opens this year. The first will be held on Winnipesaukee (Double Down w/BASS Nation) on Sunday, May 5th (Launch at Lees Mills and States Landing); The second will be on on Sunday, October 13th (Launch at W. Alton Marina)
Membership in NEBA is not required for opens, but a copy of insurance policy must be provided. There are separate entry forms for these events, which may be submitted on day of event.

By entering the Northeast Bass Association of NH Team Trail, I/WE hereby waive all liability claims against tournament officials, sponsors, hosts and all parties associated with said trail. In addition I/we agree to abide by all tournament rules which I/we have read and understood.
