NEBA OF NH 2012 TRAIL TOURNAMENT APPLICATION
1. Both team members must be current members NEBA of NH
2. A copy of your current liability policy(both if you share boats)
for minimum of $300,000 liability must accompany application!!!!
3. Non-refundable entry fees or deposit equal to two event fees to be
submitted with application. (by April 20th please) We request you indicate which
tournaments you intend to enter and pay balance prior to first tournament.
Tournament fee is $125.00 per tournament.
Top half of field (4 out of 5 events) will qualify for 2 day TOC plus a “Wild Card”
Qualifier based upon best 3 event points. See rules for details.

TOC - Sat. & Sun September 29 & 30, 2012 on Great East Lake
There will be THREE Team Opens this year. The first will be on Sunday, May 6 on
Squam. The second will be held on Sunday, July 29 on Winnipesaukee, the third
will also be on Winnipesaukee on Sunday, October, 14. Membership in NEBA is
not required, but a copy of insurance policy must be provided. There is a separate
entry form for this event, which may be submitted on day of event.
