NEBA OF NH 2010 TOURNAMENT APPLICATION
1. Both team members must be current members NEBA of NH
2. A copy of your current liability policy(both if you share boats)
for minimum of $300,000 liability must accompany application!!!!
3. Non-refundable entry fees or deposit equal to two event fees to be
submitted with application. (by April 1st please) We request you indicate which
tournaments you intend to enter and pay balance prior to first tournament. Tournament
fee is $125.00 per tournament.
Top half of field (4 out of 5 events) will qualify for 2 day TOC.
We intend to fish following Payment Schedule

There will be also be a team open Sunday August 1st. Membership in NEBA is not
required, but a copy of insurance policy must be provided. There is a separate entry
form for this event, which may be submitted on day of event.
